Janine plays a key role in managing K2’s expanded Stillwater decor inventory. She works closely with clients to bring their event visions to life, focusing on every detail to ensure a flawless experience.

Nicole manages K2’s expanded decor inventory in Stillwater. She brings ten years of experience in the jewelry industry, where she honed an exceptional eye for detail, whether it’s diamonds or decor.
Kristen is a development and fundraising expert who brings nearly two decades of experience to work for her clients. She creates transformational change, helping clients navigate donors, fundraising, grants and relationship building. Kristen is unparalleled in finding success through a combination of big picture thinking and executing tactics down to the smallest detail- from fundraising to events. Kristen has led fundraising teams and coordinated raising tens of millions of dollars over the past decade. Additionally, she has managed hundreds of events over the course of her career. Her ability to help nonprofits execute exquisite events on a budget is her greatest asset. The combination of fundraising expertise and event management skills provides our corporate and nonprofit clients with the best service possible.
Kristen spent her teenage and college years volunteering hours at local mission driven organizations – and it’s where she learned that she has a passion for helping others and making a difference. She knew she wanted to bring that mission-driven work into a career. She now uses her fundraising skills to help nonprofits make a more meaningful impact.

- Where would we find you in your free time: Always with my family, at the gym, hiking, brunch or by the water (Caribbean, Pacific, St. Croix River, Lake Erie or pile of snow in my backyard!)
- Tell us one thing most people don’t know about you: I’m equal parts health nut and food junkie. I try to move 2-3 hours a day, walking, cardio and lifting…but then I typically follow that with pizza, chocolate and wine
Janine joined K2 in 2024, where she has played a key role in setting up, organizing, and managing our expanded Stillwater decor inventory. She works closely with clients to bring their event visions to life, focusing on every detail to ensure a flawless experience. A graduate of UW Madison with a degree in Apparel Design, Janine also studied fashion design in New York City, honing her keen eye for design and aesthetics. With a passion for creating harmonious spaces, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring that each client’s vision is fully realized.
Nicole joined K2 in 2024 and has been instrumental in establishing and managing our expanded decor inventory in Stillwater. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mankato, with a degree in Business Management, Nicole brings a strong focus on systems and processes—an invaluable asset in decor rentals and event planning. With ten years of experience in the jewelry industry, she has honed an exceptional eye for detail, whether it’s diamonds or decor. Nicole is passionate about collaborating with clients to bring their event vision to life.

- Where would we find you in your free time: Spending time with my husband and our two dogs, a German Shepherd and Corgi. In the summer time, we spend a lot of time at the golf course. I’m almost always doing some sort of DIY project around the house or making all things sourdough.
- Tell us one thing most people don’t know about you: I started a sourdough micro-bakery out of my home in 2024, as a fun way to share my passion of sourdough with my local community. It has become one of my favorite weekend activities, getting my sourdough stand stocked with goodies.
